Terms of Service
1. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a booking request via our platform does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All requests are subject to review by NoirLimo dispatch. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation message via SMS or email. We reserve the right to decline any ride request at our sole discretion.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on our website are estimates based on the provided route and duration. Final pricing may vary due to tolls, parking fees, additional stops, or significant changes in the route. Payment is handled in-person at the end of your trip via cash or major credit cards. Estimated totals do not include gratuity, which is at the client's discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
While no payment is taken at the time of booking, we request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Please note that NoirLimo reserves the right to decline future booking requests from accounts with a history of repeated or last-minute cancellations.
4. Wait Time and Grace Periods
We provide a 15-minute grace period for point-to-point pickups. For airport pickups, we provide a 30-minute grace period for domestic flights and a 60-minute grace period for international flights after the flight has landed. Additional wait time thereafter will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
5. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning
Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or their party. A minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged for any significant spills, sickness, or smoking within the vehicle. Our chauffeurs maintain a strictly non-smoking environment for the comfort of all guests.
6. Limitation of Liability
NoirLimo and its chauffeurs are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic conditions, or mechanical failure. We are also not responsible for items left in the vehicle after a service has concluded.
